Who we are
Impact Life Foundation
Creating a Better Tomorrow
Impact Life Foundation is a registered non-profit organization working to empower underserved individuals and communities through inclusive, sustainable development initiatives.
Our work focuses on livelihood and vocational training, women empowerment, farmer empowerment, education, environmental conservation, and rural development. By strengthening local capacities and promoting community ownership, we help create long-term opportunities for dignity, self-reliance, and growth.
We believe that real change begins when people are equipped with the skills, resources, and support needed to shape their own futures.
Project Arjun Project Arjun is a flagship initiative of Impact Life Foundation that empowers underprivileged youth aged 14 to 35 years by equipping them with market-relevant vocational skills, essential life skills, and job-readiness support.
The project is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing hands-on training aligned with local market needs. Alongside technical skills, participants receive guidance in communication, workplace ethics, financial literacy, and career planning—helping them transition confidently into the workforce or self-employment.
By focusing on skill development and employability, Project Arjun enables young people to become self-reliant, economically independent, and socially confident, creating pathways toward sustainable livelihoods and improved quality of life for themselves and their families.
Project Aditi
Women Empowerment & Livelihood Development
Project Aditi is an initiative of Impact Life Foundation that supports women’s empowerment in underserved communities through integrated training in livelihood skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy.
The project focuses on enabling women to build sustainable livelihoods by strengthening income-generation skills alongside confidence-building and decision-making abilities. Through hands-on training, mentoring, and exposure to market opportunities, women are supported to pursue employment, self-employment, or small enterprises.
By fostering economic independence, social confidence, and leadership at the grassroots level, Project Aditi enables women to become active contributors to their families, communities, and local economies—driving long-term, positive social change.
