Who we are

Impact Life Foundation

Creating a Better Tomorrow

Impact Life Foundation is a newly registered non-profit organization working to pilot high-impact community programs in Himachal Pradesh, with a focus on education, livelihood, environment, and community empowerment.

Our work focuses on livelihood and vocational training, women empowerment, farmer empowerment, education, environmental conservation, and rural development. By strengthening local capacities and promoting community ownership, we help create long-term opportunities for dignity, self-reliance, and growth.

Project Arjun is a designed flagship initiative of Impact Life Foundation aimed at empowering underprivileged youth aged 14 to 35 years through access to market-relevant vocational skills, essential life skills, and structured job-readiness support.

The project is conceptualized to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering hands-on vocational training aligned with local market needs. In addition to technical competencies, the program framework includes proposed modules on communication, workplace ethics, financial literacy, and career planning—intended to support youth in preparing for employment or self-employment opportunities.

Through a strong focus on skill development and employability, Project Arjun is designed to enable young people to move towards self-reliance, economic independence, and social confidence, creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods and an improved quality of life for themselves and their families.

Project Aditi

Project Aditi is a designed initiative of Impact Life Foundation aimed at supporting women’s empowerment in underserved communities through integrated capacity-building interventions. The project is envisioned to focus on strengthening livelihood skills alongside leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy.

The program is designed to enable women to work towards sustainable livelihoods by building income-generation capacities, self-confidence, and informed decision-making abilities. Through proposed hands-on training modules, mentoring support, and exposure to market-linked opportunities, women are expected to be guided towards employment, self-employment, or the development of small enterprises.

By focusing on economic independence, social confidence, and grassroots leadership, Project Aditi is conceptualized to support women in becoming active contributors to their families, communities, and local economies—contributing to long-term and positive social change.

Project Aarambh Project Aarambh is a planned remedial education initiative of Impact Life Foundation focused on supporting children aged 6–14 who face challenges in foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN).

The project is envisioned to address critical learning gaps by strengthening basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills through age-appropriate and need-based learning interventions. By emphasizing foundational competencies, the initiative aims to help children build strong academic basics that support long-term learning continuity and improved educational outcomes.

Through a structured approach to remedial education, Project Aarambh is intended to ensure that every child has the opportunity to acquire essential literacy and numeracy skills, enabling greater confidence, classroom participation, and future learning readiness.

Project Aarohan Project Aarohan is a designed initiative of Impact Life Foundation focused on supporting small and marginal farmers through sustainable agriculture practices, climate-resilient farming approaches, and livelihood enhancement strategies.

The project is conceptualized to strengthen farm productivity and income security by promoting improved agronomic practices, efficient resource use, and climate-adaptive techniques. Through proposed training, access to appropriate tools, and facilitation of market linkages, farmers are intended to be supported in improving crop outcomes and reducing livelihood vulnerabilities.

By encouraging environmentally responsible agriculture and resilient rural livelihoods, Project Aarohan is designed to contribute to stronger rural economies, enhanced food security, and improved long-term resilience of farming communities.

Project Astitva Project Astitva is a conceptualized initiative of Impact Life Foundation focused on advancing nature-led sustainability through ecosystem restoration, environmental conservation, and climate-resilience building in rural communities.

The project is envisioned to promote harmonious coexistence between people and nature by encouraging conservation practices, afforestation efforts, and community-driven environmental awareness. Through planned capacity-building and engagement activities, rural communities are expected to strengthen their understanding of ecological balance and climate-responsive actions.

By integrating environmental protection with green livelihood opportunities, Project Astitva is structured to support sustainable rural development while enhancing local resilience to environmental and climate-related challenges.

Project Abhyudaya Project Abhyudaya is a planned rural development initiative of Impact Life Foundation aimed at strengthening community systems, basic services access, and social resilience in rural and remote areas of Himachal Pradesh.

The project focuses on addressing critical rural challenges that extend beyond education, livelihoods, agriculture, and environmental conservation. It is envisioned to improve access to essential services, enhance awareness of social security and entitlements, strengthen community preparedness for climate and disaster risks, and promote inclusive participation in local governance and decision-making processes.

By supporting community institutions, improving last-mile service access, and fostering collective responsibility, Project Abhyudaya seeks to contribute to stable, resilient, and well-connected rural communities—enabling inclusive development and improved quality of life for vulnerable households.
